On October 22nd, 2018, the Executive Office of Win-Win International Group solemnly announced that October 22nd every year became the Corporate Culture Day of Win-Win International. Today is the second Culture Day for all Win-Win members to act on the corporate culture, and to constantly improve and optimize the Group’s core value, ideas and spirit.
Today is the first anniversary of the Corporate Culture Day of Win-Win International. In order to promote the construction of corporate culture, and increase all staff’s core value, cohesion and effectiveness, the Executive Office decided to organize all members to take an oath towards the Group’s corporate culture, and study it.
As the sun rose in the morning, Win-Win members gathered and the ceremony started. The general manager of Human Resources and Administration Department announced the start of the ceremony and introduced the process, which is:
1, Leading by Mr. Liu Xiongwei, partner and vise president of Xinben Consult, all members declare the oath of corporate culture;
2, Study the corporate culture of Win-Win International in groups;
3, Mr.Li Lindan, President of Win-Win International Group, will offer a speech.
Firstly, as Mr. Liu Xiongwei declared: “Please raise up your right hand and read the corporate culture oath after me”, all Win-Win members raised up their right hands, and read the oath sonorously.
Next, Win-Win members studied Win-Win International’s corporate culture in groups. Mr. Liu Xiongwei arranged leading reader for every section. The process was well ordered, and everyone read and studied seriously.
At last, Mr. Li Lindan, President of Win-Win International Group, offered a significant speech. He presented: “Corporate culture is the soul of a company, and the inexhaustible motive force for the development of the company. It has great significance for the formation of Win-Win International’s cohesion and effectiveness. I hope that every group member will deeply remember the Company’s corporate culture, and act on it in daily work. Meanwhile, I hope that through the construction of corporate culture, we can cultivate all staff’s value. Let us be united, and strive for the goal to build the Group as the world’s first class and respectful integrated holding group.”
