A company is like a person, for whom system is the principle, and culture is the emotion. A company without system will be stuck into a mess, and the one without culture will be as cold and boring as a sculpture. Corporate culture is a “cardiac” for company cohesion. The proposal of corporate culture will let every Win-Win member understand the Company’s spirit, find self-belongingness, and realize his/her resonance with the company.
On October 22nd, 2018, Mr. Li Lindan, President of Win-Win International Group, announced that October 22nd every year became the Corporate Culture Day of Win-Win International Group. To promote the construction of the Company’s corporate culture, improve the cohesion and effectiveness, and welcome the second Corporate Culture Day, the Executive Office decided to organize a corporate culture test for all Win-Win members on October 10th, 2019. This test was planned by Mr. Li Lindan, and practiced by the Administration Department.
All Win-Win members paid great attention to this test. The test was highly disciplined, and all members did their best. Because of the deep understanding of the Group’s corporate culture, most members finished the test in advance, and later the Administration Department scored all test papers.
Many staff got full score in this test, while only two staff failed. We hope that in the future, all members will keep on studying corporate culture, understanding it and utilizing it in the real work. Every Win-Win members should remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind, and do the best in every task.
