 On October 22nd, 2018, Shenzhen Qianhai Win-Win International Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. (Win-Win International) established Corporate Culture Day.

October 22nd, 2018 was a special day for every Win-Win member. In the morning meeting, Mr. Li Lindan, founder of Win-Win International Group, announced that October 22nd became Win-Win International Group Corporate Culture Day.

Corporate culture is not for vanity project. The core concept of corporate culture is how your team will work together. It can be imagined that if corporate culture is strong enough, teams in a company will be closely related to each other, and every member will do his/her job well with a spirit of master. This agreement offers strong power for a company to success, and it cannot be realized through compulsion.

Mr. Li also emphasized the strategic meaning of corporate culture construction to Win-Win International during the meeting:

1.Corporate culture construction is an internal need for the existence and development of modern enterprises.

2.Corporate culture construction makes full use of people in a company, and is a development trend for companies in the world nowadays. It improves company members’ enthusiasm, intelligence and creativity, to obtain competition advantage in the market, and is a high level choice in modernized management.


3.Constructing corporate culture, and improving corporate cohesion power and competitiveness in the market is the basic strategy for the existence and development of a company. Through corporate culture construction, we can increase the company energy and assure healthy development of the Group economy, which is of great necessity to help the Group step to a new level.

4.Through corporate culture construction, we can cultivate corporate value and unite all company members to strive for the realization of company goals.

5. Corporate culture construction is significant to the formation and improvement of the Group’s cohesion, attraction, competitiveness and credibility.

Since the foundation in 2014, Win-Win International has grown up gradually. This process has combined wisdom from group leaders and contributions from every Win-Win member. A company is like a person, for whom system is like principle, and culture is like emotion. A company without system will be stuck into a mess, and the one without culture will be as cold and boring as a sculpture. The proposal of corporate culture will let every Win-Win member understand the Company’s spirit, find self-belongingness, and realize his/her resonance with the company. Thus, corporate culture is a “cardiac” for company cohesion.

Next, Ms. Lin Yijing, general manager of human resources department of Win-Win International promoted the latest Win-Win culture. She offered thorough explanation to Win-Win International corporate culture, including the Company’s vision, missions, ideas, spirits, as well as organization, management, behavior and daily life. To help members better understand the corporate culture, Ms. Lin also gave several examples for clarification. All members attended paid great attention to the content of Win-Win culture.


We will insist on the core philosophy of Win-Win International---win-win and sharing, creative and pragmatic, professional and concentrated, trustworthy and law-abiding. Also, we will insist on the unity on ideas, management, systems and behaviors in the Company, and strive to offer better services to our clients. We will never stop making progress and being more excellent as Win-Win members.
